Como Primary School welcomes enrolments for all students living in our local intake area.
If you would like to apply for enrolment at our school, please complete the Application for Enrolment form and return it to our Administration Office team in person, or by email – email@example.com.
Applicants who live outside the local intake area are welcome to submit an enrolment application but acceptance will be at the discretion of the principal.
When applying for enrolment, you will need to supply copies of the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Visa Documents (if applicable)
- Proof of Address/Residence (rates notice/lease agreement + 2 other forms)
- Immunisation Records
- Court Orders (if applicable)
- Details of any disability or medical conditions.
